January - Annual meeting and grantee presentations
Our January FROG meeting functions as the annual meeting to vote on the board and discuss new and old business. We will also welcome any grantees that want to come in and share with us what they have done with the grant money and what they are working on in the new year.
In addition we will be doing our annual member seed swap as well!
Seed Starting and Plant Propagation
Trish and Ann will lead us through the FROG method of seed starting that we use for all the plant sale plants. Additionally we will have a special guest to teach us about how to do other plant propagation methods like cuttings and division, as well as how to put together a light set up to get optimal growth on all your plants.
ABC's of Organic Vegetable Gardening
In this special session, we will have a panel of FROG members available to talk about vegetable gardening specifics such as varietal selection and succession planting, as well as answer any and all questions you have about the upcoming vegetable season!
December - Members holiday party

November meeting - Steppe plants of Eastern Turkey
We will be joined by Mike Bone of the Denver Botanic Gardens to learn about Steppe plants of Eastern Turkey. In person meeting at Corona Church.
October meeting - Saving Seeds
We will be joined by Melody Reese from Seed Savers Exchange to talk to us about how to preserve our seeds from the growing year and get ready for sharing them and saving our own plant legacies. This will be held virtually on Zoom, with details shared to members before the meeting is held.
September Meeting - Herbs
Jessie Asimus has been a member of the Denver Botanic Gardens Herb Guild since 2020. She will be coming to do a presentation on the history of the guild and its impact on the Denver Botanic Gardens.

FROG Plant Sale
The annual FROG plant sale is coming on May 10th! Every plant we sell provides us with funds that go directly back into our community through grants supporting organic gardening. We need your support, so come out and buy some plants!!
April Meeting - Intro to Botanical Illustration
Introduction to Garden Journaling with Jessica Asimus, botanical illustrator. Get some tips to make your drawings of plants easier and more fun. This will be a hands on workshop.
